Make your AI search client review about the next decision.

A simple review structure that connects the questions tracked, the evidence found, and the work your team plans next.

Open with what you are measuring.

Begin a client review with the scope: the property, question portfolio, platforms, and period. This gives the numbers a meaning. A result from a narrow set of comparison questions should not be presented as a complete picture of the brand’s presence.

Explain any changes to the portfolio or tracking setup. If the comparison period includes a different set of questions, say so before discussing a trend. Clear context makes the review easier to trust and easier to repeat.

Bring a small number of useful examples.

Choose a few answers that help explain the finding. Show the buyer question, the relevant answer text, and the sources worth reviewing. A clear example gives the client a way to understand what the summary metric represents.

Include uncertainty where it matters. If a change is too recent to interpret, make it a point to watch. You do not need an immediate explanation for every movement to have a productive review.

Connect completed work to the objective.

Summarise the work completed since the last review and the objective it supports. Keep delivery status separate from measured outcomes. Completing a content update is a fact about your work; a change in visibility is an observation that needs its own context.

Use this separation to make the conversation more precise. The client can see what the team has delivered, what the tracking shows, and which questions remain open.

Finish with an owner and a next step.

Choose the next priority together. State the question you want to resolve, the action you propose, and who will own it. Keep the list short enough that the client can see what matters most before the next meeting.

Save the evidence with the task so the next review can pick up where this one ended. In Heading, separate client properties and connected objectives help keep that working record organised as your agency adds accounts.
